Ο Στέργιος Τασούλας είναι ιατρικός ψυχολόγος με πτυχιακές σπουδές στις ΗΠΑ και μεταπτυχιακές στην Μ.Βρετανία.
Στις ΗΠΑ προσέγγισε την ολιστική ψυχοσωματική θεραπεία όπως και το αντικείμενο της αντιγήρανσης.
Στο Λονδίνο ήταν ιδιωτικός θεραπευτής με διατριβή στην ύπνωση και στην καταπολέμηση του πόνου.
Στην Ελλάδα εκτός των άλλων συνεργάζεται με το Κολέγιο Φυσικής Υγείας και διάφορα περιοδικά αυτοβοήθειας , ψυχοσωματικής υγείας και αντιγήρανσης . Στη συγγραφική του δουλειά περιλαμβάνεται η σειρά "ο κόσμος της ψυχολογίας" που είναι πολύ προσιτό έργο και τον μέσο αναγνώστη.
